Kimberly S. Mello
Kimberly Mello's practice includes environmental, business, and insurance coverage litigation, trial practice, and appeals in the state and federal courts. Kim is a member of The Florida Bar and is admitted to the bars of the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals and U.S. District Court, Middle District of Florida. Her professional associations include Hillsborough County Bar Association, American Bar Association, and The Florida Bar. She served as the editor of The Record, the Journal for the Appellate Practice Section of The Florida Bar, and is currently a member of the Executive Council of the Appellate Practice Section of The Florida Bar and is the Chair of the Section's Programs Committee. Kim received her undergraduate degree, with honors, from the University of Tampa, and received her Juris Doctor, with honors, from Stetson University College of Law in 1994. While at Stetson University, Ms. Mello was a member of Stetson Law Review and interned for United States District Judge Elizabeth A. Kovachevich. |
