About Kahn & Kahn, P.C.

The law firm of Kahn & Kahn, P.C., has its roots in one of the most esteemed plaintiff's firms of Pozzi, Wilson, Atchison, Kahn & O'Leary.

Garry Kahn started his law career there as a legal investigator, while still attending night law school. He practiced there for 20 years, becoming one of the named partners. He left in 1982 to form his own firm. Steven also worked there as a law clerk in 1986, while he was attending law school.

After successfully representing plaintiffs for nearly 30 years, Garry "retired" to become a State Circuit Court Judge. Steven left his insurance defense firm to represent Garry's clients and begin a career in representing injured people.

In November 1993, Garry resigned his judgeship on the Multnomah County Bench and joined his son to become the firm of Kahn & Kahn, P.C.

In addition to having more than 60 years' of combined experience as litigators and trial lawyers, both Garry and Steven have built solid careers and reputations as honest, hard-working and professional advocates.

Uniquely, most of Kahn & Kahn's current clients come from referrals from other lawyers and former clients. That says a lot about the firm's reputation among their peers and with the thousands of individuals they have represented over the years.
